At Hoosier Pallet House, we know buying liquidation pallets can feel confusing if you’ve never done it before. That’s why we keep things simple, transparent, and first-come, first-served.
Below are answers to our most common questions. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, contact us — we’re happy to help.
Each month, we receive a full truckload of liquidation pallets.
For one week, those pallets are sold outright on our website and during one in-person first-pick weekend. You get to choose pallets exactly as they came off the truck — no sorting, no cherry-picking.
Once first pick ends, any remaining pallets go to our online auction.
First pick means you get to choose your pallet before anything is touched or sorted.
We do not open, swap, or pull items from pallets. What you see is how they arrived — giving you the best chance at high-value finds.
We receive one truckload per month, and we can only handle about 80 pallets per drop.
Once they’re gone, they’re gone until the next truck arrives.

Our pallets come from major retailers and can include:

Electronics

Clothing
Toys
Seasonal items
General merchandise
Each truckload is different. If you sign up for notifications, you’ll be told what type of load is coming in advance.
Any pallets that are still available will be moved to our online auction, where you can bid on them until they sell.

You’ll get early alerts when a new truck is on the way — and what type of merchandise it contains — before the public sale opens.
No — liquidation pallets are sold as-is, where-is.
That’s why first pick is so valuable: you choose the pallets you believe have the best potential.
All sale dates, times, and location details are posted on our website for each drop.
If you have questions, our phone number is also listed on the site.
