Hoosier Pallet House started with a simple goal: buy smarter, move faster, and pass the savings on to people who know how to turn product into profit.

What began as buying truckloads of liquidation merchandise to stock our own online auctions quickly turned into something bigger. We realized there was a massive need for honest, first-pick access to pallets — without the games, sorting, or cherry-picking that happens behind closed doors.

So we built a model that’s different.

At Hoosier Pallet House, every pallet is sold exactly as it comes off the truck. No digging, no swapping, no hand-picking. You see what arrives, and you choose what you want. It’s transparent, fair, and built for serious resellers and bargain hunters.

We’re a small, local operation, and that’s by design. We only handle about 80 pallets per month, which means every drop is limited, fast-moving, and packed with opportunity. Once they’re gone, they’re gone until the next truck arrives.
