Nature of Sales

All pallets and merchandise are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees as to condition, contents, or value.

First Pick & Auctions

• First Pick pallets are sold outright.

• Remaining pallets may be auctioned online.

• Availability is limited and first-come, first-served.

Payments

Payment is required in full before pickup or removal. Failure to pay forfeits your purchase.

No Cherry Picking

We do not sort, open, or remove items from pallets prior to sale.

Limitation of Liability

Hoosier Pallet House is not responsible for:

• Product defects

• Missing items

• Loss of profit

• Business losses

• Personal injury related to use or transport

Website Use

You agree not to misuse, copy, scrape, or interfere with our website.
